Legal question about those freeblahblahblahs.com websites.

I got a question. I know these sites *actually* give this stuff away for free but I have heard of a ton of people getting screwed by them. Anyways, a friend of mine registered http://www.freescams.com last night and he is going to be putting up a forum for people to come in and tell their story about how they got screwed, etc.

My question is, I'm going to be hosting the site for him but will we get in trouble for creating a site like this? We are not using their name or anything and we'll put a notice at the bottom of all pages stating that we are not afflitiated with the said company.

Any ideas?

Well, its going to be a forum where other people will post their stories. Are we responsible for what they post? We know they really do give away stuff for free but this is going to be a site for people who got screwed over for no reason. We're going to put a huge "WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ... " sign on the main page.
