Legal/legit ways to bet on NBA free agency?

So, I'm pretty convinced lebron is going to houston and kawhi is going to the lakers, this off season. Is there a way to legally bet online on this, and not be ripped off? I've never been a sports gambler, so I have no idea where to look

Search Google for NBA off-season prop bets. Guaranteed there's a bet for where LeBron ends up.

If this is true and what's the odds? I know nothing of your topic. So if your guess is something outrageous that means your payout is really good (say 10x - 100x).
