As some of you may or may not know, every year the University of California, Davis holds a big event called Picnic Day. Many bands play, there are festivities, etc etc etc. My band (and 2 other bands) are planning on coming on campus uninvited, finding a spare power outlet (we've been scoping), and playing without permission. What's the worst that could happen to us?

Noise violation b/c you aren't authorized? Theft of university property (the electricity)? Trespassing? I unno, it's probably worse than you think.

Is UC a public funded school? If so then you have a right to be there. You just might come into a problem if you use their electricity. Other than the electricity and noise violation, I don't think you can get into much trouble.
