Legacy AGP card, or On-Board Video...which is better?

Hey everyone, I have an interesting question here for you. Recently my sister's emachine (T2824) had a mother board die on us. Rather than drop another 300 on a new emachine that really isn;t all that much faster than this one year old one, I bought a replacement motherboard instead. (Details Here)

Anyway, onto the video question. In another old PC I have laying around I found an agp vid card and the only marking I can find on it is "Ti64M". From what I could google, it seems to be a Gforce 2 card. Now I know this is an old card, but even with it's age is it still better than the on-board video on the MB, or should I just trash the card? I really have no use for it, so I will gladly toss it in my sister's computer, but if it won't make any difference I will leave it out (less things to go bad).

Thanks for any input you all have!
