Leg muscle twitching....

And I don't mean the nocturnal twitchings or the kickings or the jumping-out-of-your-seat-while-trying-to-sleep. I mean the quads on my right leg start pulsating for no reason when I'm sitting in my office chair... what gives?
is an alien going to pop out of my knee cap? 😕

Cut off your leg and get one of those badass bionic ones like the 6 million dollar man. Then when you walk everything will move slow and you'll hear that 'choo-choo-choo' noise.

Dehydration is also another cause of muscle twitching

Because, if I'm not mistaken, that lowers your potassium level along with the rest of your electrolytes.

I believe that is right. It is also a sign of muscle exhaustion from stressing them (ie. exercise). It happens to me alot, especially after a hard workout the day before.

oooo potassium.... I can acquire elemental potassium, but it burns my hands when I hold it 🙁

don't you know how silly it is to come to a tech forum and ask medical advice?

edit: you're just begging me to go find the box flame, aren't you?

did I mention that my legs are bionic? :Q

They built me faster, stronger, and better than ever

SHUN-nun-nun-nun-nun-nun!
