Big toe cramps are quite as dramatic but still a bitch to deal with.
I don't eat a lot of bananas/potassium but that will be changing. I do take a multivitamin though?

It's high in potassium, has many other beneficial nutrients and is more convenient than keeping fresh bananas around.

What specifically causes leg cramps...mainly in the calf muscle. This morning i woke up to BOTH legs being EXTREMELY camped and it hurt like a b!tch. Is there something im missing from my diet or something that would cause this?
