Eat a banana or two and keep hydrated? The only time I notice I get cramps is when I am dehydrated, which is pretty likely during the middle of the night. Drink a glass of water before you go to bed. Or keep one on your night-stand and drink it during the night when you wake up.

Yep, I would say keep well hydrated. On top of that, you may have some sort of potassium or calcium deficiency (maybe even magnesium). Make sure you take a multivitamin everyday and see if that helps.

Drink plenty of water, use a foam roller and stretch before bedtime (and after your workout and proper dynamic warm-up before workouts), and make sure to get adequate vitamins and minerals in your diet. Some low intensity cardio on non-lifting days will help recovery as well, which may help with the cramping. A massage always helps too and feels good too.
