I find him amusing & harmless...but that's just IMHO...

He certainly isn't offensive, and it is OT after all. A caution might do him good tho 😉

I think it's pretty funny. He posts OT in ATOT. He has posted worthless stuff in a few of my threads, but I parse through further for useful responses instead of reporting him to the cops. Some of the things that he posts is pretty creative anyways. I say chill out.
