What stories did Bush make up? If you are referring to the lack of WMD in Iraq, many other intel agencies, the Clinton administration including Senators from his own party stood up and said Saddam was a threat and had to go.
Links for your preposterous claims? And don't show me quotes from 1998.

Here you go.

Your link is automatically discredited. Intelligence was NOT the same as it was in 1998. Also, the rest of the people in those quotes were not privy to the same info as the White House and the Pentagon.

But, feel free to search the threads up here, including the archives, to see your little list of quotes torn apart on *multiple* occasions. I've tired of doing it after the first few times.

The last of this particular set of quotes was from 2003.

Are you referring to this. Or others similar.

Opposing Quotes

Quotes by you, bond et al are also often out of context or rather the source you use do not report the full story bewhind the quote but rather the sensationalist aspect of a particular quote.

What's good for teh goose as they say.

Man, that site is simply scary. All the anti-muslim stuff, crazy patriotic stuff--ala US UBER ALLES. Im sure davidstuff.com believe ALL muslims are plotting against the US. Not to mention that (as conjur posted) those quotes are fallacious.

Even if it means false reporting or makeing up stories, when will this stop?

Editorial on Newsweek

Read today's Washington Post. Gitmo Guards Accused of Mistreating Koran

Then read the 9-11 commission report, then read stories about the Downing Street memo, then read the report of the Select Committee on Intelligence on the U.S. Intelligence Community?s Prewar Intelligence Assessments on Iraq...

I don't know how you can say that. Here is a source with original citations where the speaker quoted directly.

Democrat quotes

Intelligence does change, but up to and through the vote to authorize force in removing Saddam Hussein, democrats supported the effort.

Just ONE reason was WMD, not the sole. The notion that Bush lied is preposterous. The notion that the Bush administration has made mistakes in the Iraqi effort is valid, IMHO, but the bottom line is democrats want it both ways and they have been caught out badly.
