I heard the connections inside have a tendency to come loose. If you're technically inclined, pull the sub apart to see what's loose!

Would the sub affect the left rear satellite?

The Amp is inside the subwoofer box. The Amp most certainly will affect the left rear satellite.

My friend had an issue with his 5.1's. When they first made them, there was a problem with the amp in the sub, which caused his speakers not to work. We got our 5.1's at the same time, and mine are still working great, so I don't know... Maybe try contacting klipsch

promedia 2.04,thats the two speaker model, correct? so only one is working, not plural? if its the 2 speaker model try using a spare 1/8" cable to test. also check your sound settings, you might have it pushed to the left or right channel.

so is it the front left channel thats dead, the rear, or both? did you try hooking up the two analog inputs to different devices to see if its the computer?
