It almost feels like a blood vessel is getting pinched. I would say a nerve is getting pinched, but there is no pain at all, just a quick tingling sensation when fulling extended. Is this something to worry about, or is it normal?

Should I avoid doing the excersizes that cause it to happen?

Thanks,

-Nate

Go to a doctor. Could be any number of things.

probably a nerve being pinched, could be in your back or neck. a chiropractor might be of assistance here.

wouldnt there be pain if it was a nerve? It isnt a lasting tingle either, its just a quick tingle when the elbow is fully extended and goes away immediatly when retracted...

Also, I cant mimic it by just extending my elbow. It only happens during certain excersizes, namely overhead press, and reverse fly (the nautalus version with the arms fully extended using handles)

Is it a twinge? Do you do any exercises to strengthen forearms? Sometimes if there is a weakness there, along the tendons that attach to the elbow, there can be pain.
