Left-clicking a Quick Launch icon brings up Properties dialog

This has happened to me before, I just forget how to fix it.

Instead of launching the shortcut, clicking on a Quick Launch icon is opening the Properties dialog for that shortcut.

Anyone have a fix?

Happens to me sometimes.. Almost like the right and left click are reversed?

Some relatively fast right then left clicking seems like it resets it for me..

lol that always does it for me. reboot is a guarantee though
