...left click is disabled on my mouse..possible trojan or java script??

i really have no idea what has happened..my daughter was on this morning and when i tried to get on this afternoon no luck using the left click on my mouse. i replaced my wireless and tried the ps2 and usb mouse with no luck..any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
 
I doubt it'd be a javascript, it could be a trojan or windows could just be dieing, try booting off a linux setup cd and see if mouse works in the setup program.
