Left brain right brain--try it

LEFT BRAIN / RIGHT BRAIN
This is very stupid, but very true. If you think about why, it might drive

you crazy.

While sitting down lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise

circles.

At the same time, use your right hand to draw a # 6 in the air.

Your foot will change directions and there is absolutely nothing you can do

about it.

I was taking a psych experiment yesterday, which involved 4 sessions in front of a computer. For about 15 minute at a time, a red or green arrow would flash on the screen pointing either left or right. I had to respond by speaking into a microphone saying either "left" or "right" based on the *color* of the arror (red = left, green = right). The other 3 sessions were a variation of this... but it scrambled my brain after a little while.

2) False. I'm a drummer. This comes as a challenge, but I can do it without anything changing directions.

I didn't know you drummed 😀 Same here.

I've gotten a lot of people with this little test, but for some reason it's very easy for me. I'm not a drummer, though. 😛

It IS quite a bit harder using the opposite hand/foot, though. I'm right handed, but reasonably dexterous with my left hand, but apparently not my left foot.

Going on 11 years as a drummer. 🙂 My band played in Oregon's second largest indoor venue once (Portland Memorial Colesium). It was very, very cool. We set up 800 chairs, but that wasn't enough. We had every chair filled and people lining the walls. 😀
