I have drank a bit more beer than usual...

It's definitely not lack of calcium, I take in a gallon of milk a week.

I'm probably just dying. Better write the will.

It hasn't stopped!

Definitely gonna die.

Hi,
I just came across this forum bc I have been experiencing twitching of my left bicep since yesterday. I know this post was almost 20 years ago but can you tell me what your outcome was? Did you ever get it checked or did it go away?

I occasionally get these in my tricep, very rarely shoulder. It's very annoying when I'm trying to get to sleep. I just assumed it was some sort of vitamin imbalance or something. I actually haven't gotten them recently but I have been drinking more milk. The milk has booze in it so its probably net loss but maybe it helps with this.

A few years back I started getting horrendous cramping in my legs after physical activity. So I stopped physical activity! Actually, my dad mentioned he had the same problem and a multivitamin seemed to get rid of it for him, and since I've been taking them I haven't really had any problems.

Did you get any shots recently? Any new medications?

Taking a statin can do weird muscle shit like this. Taking a Co Q 10 with it helps.

I did not but I also did not do anything new recently either. I still have the twitch but it seems to have slowed down since this morning so hopefully it just is some electrolyte imbalance.

I'll definitely look into CoQ10. Thank you for your response!
