This was REALLY needed. The source engine is pretty good, but the hammer editor can be a pain to use on complex maps.
 
I only tried SketchUp a long time ago, but I don't remember it being able to do much complex stuff. Am I wrong?
 
Wow.... indeed, finally, about time, but it's a good thing to have, finally a chance to have more variety in terms of weapons, and maps obviously.
