do you know how to analyze the minidump? Run and post the results and I can better try to help you.

linky for how to read the minidump if you don't know how. It's not hard but if you've never done it read the directions.

I don't have any idea how to work that stuff, is there anyway I can email you the info you need? That de-ah heck info isn't working right for me, I followed the steps and the de-ah heck program won't load the minidump files.
