i tried to test out my motherboard today and i was wondering whats the order of leds that come up?

so far only 1 red led appear and its the vga one

specs:
a64 3000+
dfi lanparty ut nf4 ultra-d
PQI Turbo 1gb (2x512mb) PC3200 ram
enermax eg465p-ve 460watts (around 33 amps on each 3.3v, 5v, 12v)
some old (5 years +) pci video card because i havent received my 6600gt

wll the red ones go to 4 when you hit power and down to one for BIOS, and eventually all are gone once the OS loads

the yellow ones just state power.

As it boots up it begins with 4 leds lit up, & as boot up progresses the diagnostic leds GO OFF.

4 leds=system start up
3 leds=CPU detected
2 leds=memory detected
1 led=video card detected
all 4 lights off=system boot up

I'm speaking of DFI UT LanParty nForce 4 Ultra-D.

2 Would mean problem with video card.

Think of it like this.

4 lights on = system just turned on and is hunting for a cpu.
3 lights on = system found cpu now searching for ram.
2 lights on = system found the ram, now looking for video.
1 light on = video found! Now boot the OS.
0 Lights on = OS is booting. We are all happy.
