Led Zeppelin are to hold a band meeting this month to discuss their future, it has been confirmed.

The reformed legends played a comeback concert at the O2 Arena in London last month, which was crowned 2007's biggest rock event.

Bass player John Paul Jones has admitted that no one has ruled anything out following the one-off gig.

"There is a band meeting in January. It could be fun to do more stuff," he told Rolling Stone magazine.

Speaking about the pressure surrounding December's gig, Jones said Zeppelin remained calm despite 1 million people applying for 7,000 tickets.

"For us, it was just, 'Let's get on and do it.' Obviously, it was quite a reception when we did get out there," he explained.

All you read and

Begging for your

oh right. i see now.

If there were within a distance that isn't a terribly long drive, then I'd for sure go. I love their music. Hopefully all the future reunions, if they do indeed have any, aren't limited to the European continent.

If they were smart they would come here and play a few shows in the major cities for the people that didn't make it over seas for their reunion in December.

Cha-Ching.

A music promoter friend said Zep has been contacting many venues about possible '08 gigs. Bonnaroo is one of the possible venue, Allegedlly the Black Crows and The Cult are to join zep at bonnaroo.

Edit: the Cult, not the Cure.

Are you aware that Plant hasn't been able to sing classic Zep for decades now? His voice was shot by the time they made "Prescence", to see them live was hit or miss even then. I'd probably see them now if I had a chance, but it'd sound nothing like a show from 35 years ago!

he may not be his old self, but by the sounds of it he's aged better than about anyone.

60 year olds at Stones concerts are probably saying the same thing about Zep.

FWIW, I never found Zeppelin to be anything special, and the Stones are obviously senile at this point (except Keith Richards - he's dead), so I just find geriatric rock bands reuniting funny period.

24. I'll just take this time to remind you that if you break out with some "it's a generational thing", you'll just be proving my point.

I'd rather listen to bootleg versions of "geriatric rock band reunions" than professional recorded music of today's bands.

it isn't a generational thing.

Alot of people that i know that don't like led zeppelin is because somehow their music is 'old' and old music is a bad thing.
