Good lord! I'm the world's biggest Zep fan (Jimmy Page taught me how to play guitar growing up ;) ), but Robert looks like death warmed over in that pic! Are those dentures sticking out of his mouth? He used to have really naaaassssyyyy "Standard British" teeth (check out the movie The Song Remains the Same to see what I mean). Their tour in the 90's was probably one of the best shows I've ever seen, so this should be just as good.

Robert was on Jay Leno a week or two ago, he sounded pretty good but he definately can't hit those high notes anymore. Hope he hasn't lost it completely.

even the dead guy?!?

No, but if you bothered to click on the link and read, the 'dead guys' son will be taking over on the drums.

This is my idea!!! :)

I always thought they should reunite and have him play for them. If they play here, I'm definitely there!

LZ at their worst is still better than DMB at their best :)

Right, because they are very similar in styles.

True, but DMB is pretty good, and some of the best out there currently.

But, someone who can't appreaciate the Stones or LZ, that is the real :disgust:

I was in Oslo.
The only band with more albums in the top 50 off all time, is the Beatles.

I'm willing to spend HUNDREDS (note the plural) to see them together. I saw Robert and Jimmy back in 95 I think, and it was one of the best shows I've ever seen. I never got to see Zep with Bonzo ( I was only 10 when he passed away), so this is like a dream come true if it turns out to be true. Granted, Plant can't hit the same notes he hit 20 years ago, but who can? Page and JPJ can still play their ass off. I did cringe though when Jimmy did that thing with P-Diddy (wtf was he thinking???)

Maybe Whitesnake can be their opening act since Coverdale seems to be going back on the road too. Mark my words, if this pans out, this will be one of the biggest grossing tours money wise probably in history.

Hey, don't get me wrong, I was a fan too. I still consider led 4 to be one of the best albums ever. Do I want to see them play it now? Hell f@#% NO! These guys should be richer than Gates for the reason you state in your post. Clearly they aren't, or there would be no need for this,

Really, didn't one or two of them die?? I know that Jimmy Page is still alive but what about the rest of them?
