Led Zeppelin is incredible....

Long time Pink Floyd fan, but even I must admit that this band is just amazing. Their breadth of work is unmatched in Rock music. I'm rocking out to "Since I've been loving you" on my far too expensive headphone setup. It doesn't get any better than this...

No true disrespect to LZ, since their recording was some ~20+ years before it, but Tool's version pwns the original.

The Lemon Song is classic too.

So many wonderful takes on classic blues songs. Unfortunately many are lost in people's minds because of the few harder rock songs they did.

Contrary to the idiots running around saying LZ ripped off blues artists, they in fact brought attention to their works. It is common in the blues community to take the works of others and make it your own. LZ did this with amazing style and brought the blues to a whole new generation.

I've never tired of Zeppelin - over 20 years been listening on and off and still love hitting the track with Kashmir. Thats rare most music I get tired of. Who ever is 'big' today will be forgotten Zeppelin never will.

While I totally love the Tool version, in fact I think I heard the Tool version before I ever even found the LZ version, Led Zeppelin's version is the most mesmerizing and amazing song I've ever heard. I can get totally lost in it.
