The bathroom light fixture burnt out and it has some weird LED light with a heatsink. The light is not removable but it seems like there is just a little LED tab soldered and I am trying to find a replacement "LED tab". What is the real name for these things so I can find the right thing? Pic below:

Why? I mean....hell, I'm all for fixing things rather than replacing them...when it makes sense...but this doesn't look like it was ever meant to be repaired.
Have you tried contacting the manufacturer? Maybe they'll warranty it.

Chances are good the driver failed and not the LED itself. I kinda hate fixtures with built in LEDs for this reason... at least you can change a light bulb. I really hope the trend is not going to go towards fixtures with built in LEDs only. Yet another disposable item ending up in the landfill.

I would take down the whole fixture and troubleshoot starting at the driver. Check voltages throughout the circuit and go from there. If you're lucky you might see a blown capacitor or something.

That might be the easiest route actually, if you remove the PSU and LED module there should be enough room to retrofit the socket in there. You can even try to put two if you want the light to be brighter. Just don't exceed whatever wattage the light was rated for (so you know you're within thermal rating of the fixture itself).
