Cool, one of the S&Ws is $10, may give it a shot. I'm sure it can't stand up to my SureFire 9AN, but we'll take a look.

Botach is a huge LEO site for those worried about scams/etc.

Here are some reviews. I bought the Princeton Tec Impact for $19.95 from Botach last week (damn). The Impact seemed the best deal for an all around flashlight replacement. LED good for 100K hrs, impact resistant and batteries last >100HRS due to LED energy effiecency.
