ASUS VS248H-P Black 24" or ASUS VE248Q 24" or ASUS VW246H ??

requirement:
High contrast ratio
Response time - 2ms
16.7 million color display
color correction should be beyond perfect( no color bleeding like dell ST2420L)
Should display millions of grey color shades without bleeding.
HDMI interface,
24" panel size,
Asus or any other rapid replacement service.

I am confused, I think the first one is the best among these monitors as it has 50million contrast ratio. other have 10million.

Is there any other options ??

i'd also like to know abt LED TV's if they are better than these monitors.
 
after further digging the vs248 uses a new panel and fixes a ghosting issue some people saw on the ve248
 
There iis one more model from asus ML248 but i prefer the VS248H as it has the most amazing contrast ratio so i guess it will product more bright and amazing color shades than others.
