Seriously, what do you think of the Silverstone fans your using. The white ones are Silverstone aren't they?

quieter than the panaflo L1a medium. Bottom line is that any 120 mm fan when turned down with a rheostat moves air quietly. I have 3 nmb fans in a radbox that turned silently at 7v. Got em at a swap meet for $1.
