I am going to Puerto Rico for 6 days, staying at the Hilton El San Juan in carolina. I am going there for the Miss World International Pageant. One of my friends is running in the pageant.
While I am not planning to take official portrait pictures of the pageant, I will be with the Reigning Ms. California (since we're friends) on a lot of the stuff.
I am trying to pack optimum amount of stuff, this is my gear
1. Canon 40D
2. Canon Rebel XS
3. Canon Rebel XS - 35mm film
Canon EF 50f1.4, Canon EF28-135, Canon EF-S 18-55, Canon EF-S 55-250, Tamron 28-75f2.8, Sigma 30mm
Flashes EX430II, Vivitar 285HV, Yongnuo something, Yongnuo Triggers, Umbrella's, light stands, modifiers etc
I want to travel reasonably light, but still have the ability to not miss things. I am thinking of not taking the 55-250 (i think its with a coworker right now),
I am taking the primes & the zoom f2.8 and the 18-55, one tripod but should I take one light stand or should I just take the bungie cords and the flashes with triggers. Remember I am taking scenery pictures more than other stuff. I'll be goofing off in PR. Only thing I may take if possible is the event picture. I am taking my S3IS just in case too.
Help!
