Going up there with a couple of friends until Thursday for some fun:) I have a couple of questions if you don't mind my asking. Out of the 3 of us, 2 are over 21 including myself, the other friend is only 20. Can we bring back a little bit of alcohol for ourselves without having to declare it and pay taxes etc at the border.? I'm not talking about a whole trunk load of booze, just a 6 pack of Canadian beer or something. Do you guys see any problems with this?

Also, does anyone know if anything special is going on up there this week? Thanks for reading:)

i belive there is a limit on how much you can bring back, but i'm not sure about how much. the drinking age in quebec is 18, so you'll have no problem getting anything ;) you might have to pay a duty at the border, but i'm not sure. have fun :)

About 6 years ago when I was 16 me and some friends drove up to Montreal for fun, we weren't asked for ID at any of the bars, ah that was fun:) Now that I'm a little older I'm not going up there just to get wasted, we plan on doing some sight seeing and stuff like that;)

sight seeing in montreal? only interesting place is Old Montreal, but besides that it's just boring :p go get some good Armenian food though ;) or stop at a Mr. Falaffel's and try the food there, good stuff :)
