I'll just state this for the record - if I saw this given as a negative heatware evaluation to someone else, I would personally see this as more of a negative reflection on the person who gave the feedback. It is simply the way I see things. Patience is a virtue we all need more of.
If one wants perfect prompt service, then one needs to pay full retail and then some. Buying used parts from someone on an internet forum, have patience.
