hiya ..
i just want to know, what is the cheapest place to lease a computer in Canada..preferably less then $100
9tax included) per month.. but none of that IPC crud...

I think Dell offers some pretty good computers for the price!

But there is also nothing wrong with just ordering from a local computer store that has been around for a while.

The best way IMHO is to just build it yurself if yur up to it. Sure some work is involved, but yu also can put whatever yu want in it and yu get to learn alot about the machine yu are building!

As far as I'm concerned, leasing is a complete rip off.

If you must lease however, here is a price list to add to your notebook.
Office Depot
HP Pavilion 6730 $899
HP M50 monitor $348
HP 612C Printer $148
---
Sub Total: ~$1395
+ tax (assumed in BC)
---
Total = $1590

Estimated prices (from memory)
~$70-80/month for 24 months

$150US back in rebates from HP (if bought before Sept 30)

---
Hope that helps 🙂 These are just estimated prices, but it should give you a rough idea. I work there at the moment, but thankfully am quitting on Saturday. I think Futureshop has a better financing program, so you might want to check that out as well.

Beware though, any system you purchase from stores like this will not be nearly as good as ones you could get for similar prices on your own, or even at local mom & pop shops. The systems sold at places like FutureShop and OD are meant for grandma.
