Anyone use one of these services?
I am a new landlord and leaserunner.com is local based, so i choose it. wondering if there is anyone else using it?
they have an online application process and do the background/credit checks and all that. they also have services that allow rent payment online. everything is charged al a carte with no monthly fee with the option of the applicant or the landlord paying.
