learning remote

I have like 4 remotes that i use on the regular. I have a remote for my sony stereo which i use as my surround sound, my cable remote, my TV remote and my XBOX remote. . . the thing that would be the kicker would be the XBOX remote.... the first 3 im sure are fine... but are there any learning remotes that would work with all of those?

Do you have an original Xbox? If so you need the DVD dongle from the Microsoft DVD kit to control it using a universal remote. You can also turn it on/off with an extra kit (XIR and XERC are two such kits). I third the Harmony remotes...buy a Harmony 880 and you'll be peachy. Here's a decent price from Froogle:

I wouldn't get the expensive harmony, although it is cool. They all use the same device database and can do the same thing for your purposes. Just get a cheaper 70ish dollar one.

Found a 525 with Froogle for $46. Is the 525 any good? Do the lesser remotes do less tasks or something/ Main ones I want is an easy way to turn on Zone 2 on the receiver and turn on and control the cd player, and to change volume on zone 2 easily, and then to easily control zone 1 volume with the sat box.
