Learning OpenGL, how do I set up the compiler?

So I'm interested in programming in OpenGL. I have a borland C/C++ compiler (which works for c++ programs), but how do I set it up to compile with openGL? This is running on WindowsXP. Thanks for the info.
 
You need to link to the correct .lib, and include the correct header files. Surely Google can help with this.
