Recently , ive gotten really interested in networking, security , etc... I thought the idea of having a monowall was cool but i dont really understand all the terms they use.

Are there sites that have primers, guides etc. ... or even books. I've read all of ezlan but it seems i need something more. Thanks

well, any book that teaches for the network+ cert would be a great start, study toward that and you will learn just the basics, but if you want to get real hardcore on it, read and study the books for the CCNA cert. (4 books, lab manuals, etc.)

Take a few classes at a community college. That's what I'm doing. So far I've taken Intro to Networking, Intro to LANs, and I'm now taking WANs and TCP/IP.
