go to barnes and noble and get one(couple) of those review books
 
German forums & chat rooms will help with reading & writing. Not so much with speaking though. 🙂 You'll find most German computer jargon is very similar to English computer jargon, so a German computer forum might be a great place to start.

Any German media (movies, books, magazines) would also help. Of course, the best way to learn is to go to Germany!
