Learning EBay Selling

Trying to get a coworker started on EBay selling for our company. He's a total newbie (I swear, I'm not talking about myself, I'm a genius!) computer-wise, EBay-wise, general e-commerce-wise, and I don't have enough time to really sit down and train him so I was just thinking of slotting some time in his schedule to study on company time. I would then check in on his progress and give feedback over time.

Any suggestions on books to start with?

Just curious-- why would you put someone who doesn't know how to sell on eBay in charge of selling stuff on eBay?

Listen, your Mother uses eBay to give feedback on your Grandmother. Your Grandmother is a scammer on eBay. Your Dad has a webstore on eBay selling dildos. It's that easy.

This needs a parody entitled "Learning eBay Spelling". The irony is too great.

Well, we'd kind of chart progress, do it step by step. Learning process
