I have a Sony Vaio laptop that's about 4 years old. It has an internal Orinoco mini PCI wireless card. Is there any way I can get this card to support LEAP under Windows XP? It works in Linux with xsupplicant.

you should be able to download the drivers and client utilites for the card and be all set.

Hmm, but where from? Sony doesn't offer any updated drivers, and I can't find any for internal cards on Proxim's website.

just try to find the model of your card and download them from orinoco.

If all else fails, just call support.

-mini rant-
It boggles my mind why folks assume that because they can't find it on the Internet means it doesn't exist. Call for support is many times the best course of action.

Not directed at you Cuban, just it seems like people don't know how to use the best tool out there - the telephone.

Neither Sony nor Proxim will provide drivers with LEAP support. I phoned both. Does anyone have any insight?
