Leaktek GF2 Pro DDR 32 rams w/tv out problems with Windows XP

I had Windows ME before, and it works all fine until I did a clean install for Windows XP Professional Edition. The windows GUI is fine, but once I want to play a game, the graphic looks terrible. It looks like 16 bits graphic with 800 by 600 pixel of resolution. I already downloaded the nivida updates, but it doesn't do anything. Any suggestion on how to fix this problem? Thanks

ps. I play Red Alert 2 on Windows ME with the same system before, and it looks great and everything, and now with Windows XP professional edition, it looks so terribe with like 16 bits graphic and a 800 by 600 pixel screen size.
