Hoping someone here knows about this issue

Our furnace is leaking from the "condensate trap" it looks exactly like this. It's the black box. It seems to be leaking from the far side where two lines from the furnace enter, water dribbles down the gray side onto the floor.

-It's not because the plastic clear tube is plugged so the water is backing up. I took off the tube and i'm letting it drain into a pale for now, so it's not that.

The only thing I can think of is my cordless drill fell off the top of the furnace a few weeks ago right in that area, it may have hit that black box. But the leak only started a couple days ago.

-btw, we are in heat mode not air conditioning mode.

It's not a lot of water but I'm wondering should I call a furnace guy or can I just change that black box myself? It looks like just a couple screws and two lines with foam O rings. In fact in might be the O-rings that are leaking..
