Yep, those are the leaked drivers, and from experience I can tell you that there is no OpenGL support.
Direct3D will work pretty ok actually (almost shocking considering they are very leaked/tweaked/beta drivers).
I myself switched the card for a Leadtek Geforce DDR card (dont worry guys got it soooo cheap I couldn't resist) and haven't looked back.
A Geforce2 MX400 will pretty much beat it in every department (except mip-mapping - S3 can achieve using normal Bilinear/Trilinear mip-mapping what nvidia needs anisotropic filtering for) or a cheap Geforce2 based card (ie. GTS/Pro/Ti) for those on a budget. Those who aren't on a budget would have upgraded long ago
