I have not seenm any discussion on this topic of news that came out yesterday, but seeing as I have two children who aspire to be in law enforcement, and many friends in law enforcemnent, this story of in Miami really pisses me off. FBI says officers placed evidence to justify shootings

All but one of the 11 indicted officers were freed on $100,000 bail. If convicted, they face five to 25 years in prison.

Update,13 officers are idicted. What fries me is these guys conspired to ,or are accopmlices of 3 cases of outright murder. Yet they will get not much more than a slap on the wrist. Murders do not get $100,000 bail.

WTG Florida. This story just gave Janet Reno all the ammunition for her campaign against Jeb.

Notice ,no statement from Jeb or any other state officials. They have nothingto say. It took a federal FBI investigation to bring this to the light of day. Why in the heck didn't local law officials correct this when it surfaced?

Planting weapons at a crime scene to justify the cop s taking of anothers life is absolutely wrong and enexusable. The cops should be brought up on homicide charges, not these puny planting false evidence charges.:|

13 Miami officers face corruption charges

The U.S. Attorney in Miami, Guy Lewis has been on a tear recently. The first time I saw him in the news, was Drug busts at port of Miami. Then he got the Cuban spy ring. Next he got some people smugglers. Then he indicted Ramon Sanchez for violating Cuban territory. Now more Miami Cops. This has been brewing for a long time.

Ramon Sanchez looked a little dazed at the news that he could go back to jail for up to 10 years. Sanchez is calling violating a presidental order as free speech.

There is a new 'sheriff' actually prosecutor in town and appears to be out to clean it up.
