Fill this form out and they will most likely send you back an RMA form if its still under warranty. Good luck RMAing whatever it is you have though. I took me around 4 months to get a new 6800GT from them and only after threatening them with a report to the BBB. Hopefully your experience will be different.

That's pretty bad. OCZ's turn around time is super quick...usually about a business week...sometimes less.
