Leadtek's geforce2 vs Elsa's, whats the difference!!!!!

Just wondering, and hope you guys can help me out. Whats the difference between Leadtek's Geforce2 gts 32mb and Elsa's Geforce2 gts 32mb. Leadtek's card is obviously cheaper than Elsa's but is the performance just as good.

I don't know if this helps, but the last Gladiac I installed for a friend said Leadtek on the card....so I think they're the same animal.

Both are built on the Nvidia refrence design. So there is little diffrence. Elsa I have read gets better preformance though. I would go elsa also since they give you a 6 year warrenty.
