I haven't used the TV functionality on my computer in quite awhile. Today I wanted to fire it up while I was doing some work and all I could get was an extremely washed out/static picture. I've tried a few different cables and a two different splitters and have determined that isn't the problem. I'm using the newest drivers as well.

Any ideas?

Oh, one other thing, when I try to auto fine tune the channels it returns a value of 0hz for all channels.
