I've been trying to get this thing to work but the new version or PVR freezes on the splash screen and now I can't uninstall it. I can't get Dscaler to work either. I'm using WinXp

I'm using the latest drivers and PVR software and I've no problems like that. I wonder why you can't uninstall the drivers and PVR software? Did you try to do so in safe mode yet? If not, give that a try.

Well I'm was finally able to get it all clean up and installed the PVR software from the cd however now I just get a blue screen with no signal

Did you try to change your input source? Does the blue background have a big white "O" in the middle of the field?

Yep the input source is correct it says "Live TV" and ch 03 on it. And no the blue background doesn't have a big "O" in the middle of the field.
