Leadtek Winfast TV 2000 XP installation problem

I just purchased a Leadtek Winfast TV 2000 XP tv tuner card, and installed the card. Upon booting back into Windows XP, the new hardware dialogue popped up. Following the instructions, I pointed it to a directory on the CD, it started installing the files fine, but then completely locked up the computer. After a reboot, it seemed that many of my drivers had been messed up (CD-RW & sound card no longer worked, and showed up as problems in device manager). So I did a system restore, and tried the process again using the drivers downloaded from Leadtek's site, same result.

Any ideas as to what the problem is, how I can get this card installed without destroying my computer?

Here are my specs:

ECS K7S5A motherboard
Athlon XP 1700
384mb PC2100 RAM
Albatron Geforce 4 TI 4200 video
Phillips Seismic Edge audio card
WD 60gb HD
Lite-On 24x10x48 CD-RW
Windows XP Professional

Thanks for any help

I tried the latest drivers, I even tried the drivers from iulabs, and no matter which ones I use, as soon as it installs all of the drivers, the computer completely freezes. This makes me believe its a hardware problem with the card. Anybody have any thoughts?

Thanks
