Leadtek Winfast GF2 vs. MSI Starforce 831 GF2

Which is better in quality and price for it considering its quality?

• Leadtek Winfast GeForce2 GTS 64MB w/ TV-Out

• MSI MS-8831 Starforce 831 GeForce2 GTS Pro 64MB w/ TV-Out

The MSI one has 5ns memory and I beleive the LeadTek has 5.5 ns memory whcih means the MSI is clocked at 400mhz memory and the LeadTek is at 366mhz.

I have the MSI and it is great. I have the core overclocked to 240 and the memory at 490. I havn't tried to push it any higher. Everytime I up the speed it runs great.
