Leadtek Winfast Geforce2 Pro, question about installing drivers

I just ordered at Leadtek Winfast Pro 32meg Geforce. I have downloaded the latest drivers from both Leadtek and Nvidia.
My question is, should I install the Leadtek drivers and software and then install the Nvidia drivers over it or just install the Nvidia drivers. Does the Nvidia drivers have the control panel or are they just drivers.
What do I do.

I would just install the Nvidia drivers. I have used the manufacturer drivers before and in my opinion is a bunch of useless junk.

Don't even touch the Leadtek drivers. They are fine, but updated Nvidia drivers are much easier to find. The Nvidia drivers have the generic control panel which is fine, if you need more download something like powerstrip

Install the latest 12.41s from Nvidia.

The only software app that you (might) want to install from Leadtek is the Winfox 1.0 application that monitors chip temperature, cooling fan rpm, video card voltage (3.3V), and chip voltage (2.0V)
