Leadtek ViVo Geforce4 Ti4200 128MB Memory Type?

I have the aformentioned video card and managed to overclock it to core: 300mhz and memory: 555mhz stable with no artifacts. Is this a good overclock and what speed is the following video card memory?:

Samsung 217
K4D28163HD - TC40
WHC133CC KOREA

that's what it says on the memory chips. On the GPU core, it says the following:

Geforce4
Ti
C60057.D0 0220A3
TAIWAN
4200

So you got it a ways over the rated speed

That's a decent OC on the core, the Ti4600 runs at 300\650. Looking at the memory's stock speed, you got a nice OC out of that too. Nothing to complain about.

I have a similar card, Xcept its a Vivo ti4800SE. What memory des that have and how far can it be OCd?

I looked it up on samsung's website.

They have a nice part number search that makes it easy to identify.
