I got a Leadtek TV2000 XP Deluxe, installed it with the latest drivers, v.MMCD 3.3 released on 11.24.03, and the latest PVR tool from the Leadtek website.
I have comcast digital cable and it's split using a 1ghz splitter with one end going into my cable modem and the other into the TV2000. This end was going directly into my cheapo Daewoo 19" TV. You don't need a digital cable box to get just the unexpanded channels. I figure if the TV gets the channels the TV2000 should to.
The TV2000 PVR software isn't showing any picture. In the configuation menu of the PVR software I did a channel scan and it found cannels. However when I went to view them, the PVR viewing screen was blank. I went back to that menu in configuation and all the channels it had marked before now had a red marker next to the channel and the hz setting was no longer there.
What gives? Anyone come across the problem? Can anyone give me some advice?
