Leadtek TV2000 XP Deluxe help!

For some reason once i put the TV2000 card in my system i get a blue screen on start up. i have tried it on all my free pci slots no matter which one i put in i will still get the blue screen from start up. the only way i to get rid off the blue screen is to take out my audigy 2 sound card. those are the only PCI cards i have in my system. btw: i'm running an AMD system with KT333A MB (Gigabyte)
